Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your order, please contact me directly if there are any issues at all and I will make it right. ODYSSEA ENGLAND offers a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received your return. Once the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
